To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
Office policy on Missed Appointments, No-Show and Cancellations:
-Since your appointment is as important to us as it is to you, it is necessary for us to receive adequate notice when you need to cancel or change an appointment.
-We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment otherwise there may be a cancellation fee.
-If you do miss your appointment and we are not notified, you may be charged a No-Show fee.
-By cancelling before your appointment, we are then able to fit in other urgent patients who like yourself, may be calling for a short notice appointment.
Missed appointment fees:
Surgery - $100.00, Doctor - $50.00, Technician booster - $35.00
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit, or Cash.
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that animals be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.
